Poor communication from the second you walk in the door. Giving them the benefit of the doubt will only screw you over in the end. Rough overview- signed a higher rent then we were told, wouldn’t let us see the unit until 30 minute before we moved in, constant construction and lies about when it will be done, noise from that construction disrupts working from home, neighbors here like to smoke and party, parking deck is loud so beware if your unit faces the deck, fire alarms went off a ton this ...
month and they never addressed why or if it would be fixed, EV charging is a nightmare (it’s free but constantly used you can’t even get a spot and people unplug your car when you do). And the cherry on top for me was when they replaced lights in deck and left screws everywhere and I got one in my tire. I’m counting the days down until our lease is over to leave. Don’t live here, my student housing was better than this. Drexel do better.
