My apartment is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and has a great pool-facing view. I appreciate the quiet, tucked-away feel of the community while still being close to the city. Bought out by Greystar
October 29, 2024Management was great and property was ran smoothly and without complaints and then Greystar took over beginning of October and magically our pool/hot tub was broken and our Mail boxes were inaccessible for an entire month. Greystar is owned by Blackrock and yet they can’t manage to fix these things in a timely manner NOR give people compensation for their headaches. Run, run, run.
