However, I feel the building itself is not a quality build at all. Grills were not able to be accessed because the pool area was closed since it was not inspected. The grills and hot tub were supposed to be a year round amenity but either broken or closed off. The garage gate and mail room door are always under maintenance. The heaters in the ...stairway are either too hot or inoperable. The gym is small and things don’t work or it lacks cleanliness. A lot of this on my ledger I have to request changes. When you asked something to be changes, they say they will do it and never do. October 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comManagement was great and property was ran smoothly and without complaints and then Greystar took over beginning of October and magically our pool/hot tub was broken and our Mail boxes were inaccessible for an entire month. Greystar is owned by Blackrock and yet they can’t manage to fix these things in a timely manner NOR give people compensation for their headaches. Run, run, run.
