Awful
March 10, 2016Awful management and maintenance staff. Staff comes into the apartment without notice, and are very invasive with demands into living space. Began bullying and harassing me as a tenant when I refused indoor pest control chemicals due to health concerns with my small child. Scheduled retaliatory inspections as an intimidation technique. Don't move here if you expect privacy or peace as a tenant. There are plenty of apartments which respect tenant rights without requiring them to spend enormous ...amounts of energy in legal battles.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Dunes
July 20, 2015Great place to live when you are looking to blend affordability with square footage. The entire neighborhood is relatively quiet; even on weekends. The 2 bdr, 1 bath and 2 bdr, 2 bath are very spacious. The only downside is that the entrance is only accessible from the east bound lanes of the street in front which means driving to the next turning lane and making a Uturn. Management is extremely nice and maintenance is prompt.Review from Apartments.com
