    I love being here or else, I would have not renewed my contract. Been here for more than 7 & 1/2 years. When we moved in to a new unit on the 2nd floor, we loved it there more!

    I want to love it here, but the parking spots are quite a distance from our apartment, and the set up is strange. I was given a far parking spot and told I’d be given a closer one when a close neighbor moved out. Then when 3 neighbors moved out I had mentioned it and I was told I need to get on a waiting list. Then when given a spot it was closer than the previous but still far. But the new neighbors below me had close parking spots immediately upon moving in. Doesn’t seem fair at all.

    Since moving in, I have received prompt and timely assistance for any needs I may have. Although the hardware is not the latest, the convenient maintenance makes up for it.

    Good staff great response for maintenance work would love for them to spend a little more time with some of the outside amenities, but otherwise things are going pretty great

    The place is nice but the smell of marijuana gets too much into my rooms since they smoke in other apartments. The scandal that happens in the pool with the music too loud and I can't believe they allow alcoholic beverages in the pool. I simply don't trust them for little ones.

    Great customer service staff and great staffing. The grounds and maintenance personnel do a great job on handling the issues and coordination of heavy maintenance in a safe manner. The office is always greeting and smiling. Ready to ask any concerns with proper results.Thank you!

    The community is really quite. I like my apartment since it is near the exit. I found the support of the leasing staff was great, special thanks to Pamela and Maria. Overall I am happy with the design and the amenities. I find the location of the apartments really close to other places as long as you have vehicle. Price is competitive. The only thing missing is making the pool have warm water all year to use it. Or at least during spring. Everything else I find it enjoyable.
