February 17, 2026Leasing process was quick and easy after applying, apartments are well taken care of and the neighbors are friendly. We had an issue with the washer at first but it was fixed within a week.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2026Not so happy. Living here is like being a roller coaster . One moment everything is good and then all goes down hill . I submitted a request to get my dryer fixed as it’s been making a horrible noises. I was told they were going to let maintenance know that same day . As a courtesy I called the front desk to let them know they can enter my unit as I brought my fur baby with me . I was told that it was not possible to be seen that day as the schedule was already made . A few minutes later I get an ...email from that person from the front office saying my dog was not part of the lease . Home is suppose to be peaceful so far it has not . The issue of the dryer was not the importance it was my service dog not being screen. Maintenance came on Sunday and today is Tuesday and updates . But I keep getting emails to scree my dog that has been living with me from day 1Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Staff in the office need better training in managing as many units as there are at The Dutton. Also, don't appreciate how poorly management handled a towing situation that happened to my car, and later followed all of the necessary precautions they chose not to take with my situation AFTER I mentioned they didn't do such Should also work on the communication between office employees and maintenance, since apparently, I can't trust the word of maintenance when office employees aren't around to ...answer my questions/concernsProperty Manager Responded
