I had to call multiple times just for them to tell me that something was not done and then had to call multiple more times to make sure everything was being handled correctly. It has been a good experience thus far, my only issue would be that packages have to be sent to fetch which is an inconvenience to me and receiving packages on time. I have to wait for my package to be scanned in before it can even be scheduled for delivery whereas every other apartment I have lived at, my packages get sent directly to me.Review from Apartments.com
