October 1, 2025It was a rather complicated process to stay in touch with someone. I had to call multiple times just for them to tell me that something was not done and then had to call multiple more times to make sure everything was being handled correctly. September 30, 2025I love living at the Duvall. It has been a good experience thus far, my only issue would be that packages have to be sent to fetch which is an inconvenience to me and receiving packages on time. I have to wait for my package to be scanned in before it can even be scheduled for delivery whereas every other apartment I have lived at, my packages get sent directly to me.Review from Apartments.com

June 6, 2025Major upgrade from where we used to live! It is peaceful and I love that management is always on alert about drug use on the property. It doesn’t smell of weed like others! They crack down and will even threaten with eviction if there is smoking in the apartment! Great place if you have kids! It’s a nice oasis for homebodies like us! Elevators are a plus! And they have options for you to have a yard!!! The only con I have is the material they used to build the complex. It is cheap material.
