Especially bad because many times this occurs during midterm season, AND THE FIRE ALARM TEST RUNS FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. UNBELIEVABLE. What idiot thinks fire alarms should be run for multiple hours on end? Basically for the where the fire alarm is being run, you cannot even be in the apartment; might as well just reimburse the rent for those days as well ya think? DO NOT RENT HERE AT ANY COST. It's a place where I can relax or work and opens onto a tranquil, courtyard for a visit with a friend or a peaceful spot to read. Nice building, close to bart
June 15, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThe building itself is really nice and new. It's also pet friendly and I like the dog washing station (actually very convenient) and the dog yard. My boyfriend goes to school so it's easy for him to walk to campus, and it's near public transportation so I walk to bart and take it to downtown Oakland. We haven't had a chance to use the roof deck yet but plan to have friends to BBQ this summer.

The building is really nice and our unit has a pretty view of the bay. The location is very central and it's easy to get to class. The unit itself is great because of the washing machine inside the unit. It's really bright and airy with the light colored hardwood floors and white kitchen cabinets. It's quiet at night, too.
