My experience has increased significantly since move -in there was a bit of a rough start but it has been fairly quiet & amenities have been well maintained aside from the gate it looks like we have some issues with the exit gate closing properly hopefully it will be fixed soon

I just moved in and the apartment it’s lovely there’s few thing that I would’ve changed for a new resident like hire a FULL cleaning service since it was very dirty including the toilet seat, there’s few metal pieces that are rusted and the bathtub it’s stained

My experience at The Easton Riverview has been a mix, but overall I appreciate the team’s responsiveness. When I moved in, my unit was not fully move-in ready, which was a bit disappointing. However, management has shown urgency in addressing and working to resolve those issues, which I do value.
One thing I wish had been communicated more clearly is the difference in unit finishes specifically the tile options. I prefer the grey tile, but my unit has white, and I wasn’t aware there were ...
variations beforehand.
That said, the community itself is nice and has great potential, and I do appreciate the efforts being made to restore everything and ensure a better experience moving forward.
