August 29, 2025Just moved in so far it’s going good only complaint is that before I moved in I addressed a concern with my leasing agent that the huge spider web in my hallway hanging from the light full of spiders neeeded to be removed and on my patio a wasps nest and once I moved in they still were not handled I have mentioned it 3 more times and was advised that maintenance would take care of it then I received a survey on how maintenance dealt with the issue and it still was not resolved so I walked into ...the office and told the leasing agents again. Still not handled. After my 5th day and calling in again addressing the issue the spider web was handled now I am just waiting for the wasp nest to be removed that full of wasps. Hopefully, this is not what I have to deal with for the next 14 months On a good note complained about loud music while working remotely was handled immediately after sending the recording of the loud musicProperty Manager Responded
