From day one, the staff has been incredibly professional, kind, and always willing to help with anything we need. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do. One of the things we love most is the sense of community. There are always fun and thoughtful events that bring everyone together, making it feel more like a home than just an apartment complex. March 7, 2026We have lived here for over 3 years and it's starting to progressively deteriorate. That Valet garbage company picks and chooses what days to come. They normally take extra days off whenever there is a holiday. This is supposedly a smoke-free community and no tolerance for marijuana yet I still smell marijuana everyday coming from my building. Other residents with animals do not always picked up after their animal. We constantly see animal droppings on the grass and no where near the dog park ...either. The pool and cabana area is nice. They do have an indoor area to watch TV if you wanted which is by the pool. The staff is really pleasant and easy to get a long with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 21, 2026From a tour, to applying and moving in, the staff at Easton Riverview has made my transition so easy and stress free. Leasing agent Sofia was very informative from day one. She continued to check in with me to assure I had everything covered and had all questions answered. She gave me the confidence I needed in making my decision to apply here and I am so happy and I took her advice. She's been there every step of the way and it feels great to have someone I can reach out to for any questions or ...concerns. The community here is peaceful and kid friendly. My son loves the space here and exploring the outdoor community. The residents so far have been lovely and we cant wait to utilize the pool and gym soon. December 31, 2025my only problem was we had to figure out where to throw our trash if they didn't pick it up and we also noticed others place trash outside near the road not sure what days that is ok forReview from Apartments.com
