June 26, 2025My husband and I have really enjoyed living at The Eddy. The amenities are one of the best parts of being here. We especially love the pool and the outdoor seating area with the fireplace, which is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The views are absolutely beautiful and make the space feel extra special. Having The Reel House right outside our back door is a huge bonus. The food is always good and the staff is warm and welcoming. It’s also one of our favorite spots for summer ...cocktails. Another thing we love is how many dogs live here. It makes the building feel friendly and full of life. As animal lovers, it’s something we really appreciate. Overall, The Eddy is a great place to live. It’s comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything we need close by.Property Manager Responded

June 5, 2025I have only lived at The Eddy for about a week and a half, but so far the experience has been great. Friendly staff and fellow residents, excellent amenities, and unmatched views of the water and city. The location is also very convenient, being steps away from the Maverick stop on the Blue Line with quick transit to downtown Boston.Property Manager Responded

Gorgeous Views!
June 3, 2025I have lived at the Eddy for about 2 years now, and I have all good things to say. The staff is super friendly, and maintenance is very good. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the fact that there is a restaurant/bar right downstairs is just a cherry on top! My husband and I often go there for after work drinks and enjoy the sunset.Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2025Its an okay building, great maintenance staff, iffy management in the leasing office. Dog friendly and the apartment amenities are good enough. But I wouldn't trust the leasing office to not try and pull one over on you given the opportunityProperty Manager Responded

April 18, 2025Love the building and the amenities are really nice. Wish the pool was open longer, but they’ve opened the outdoor spaces earlier this year which is really nice. The concierges are very friendly. Maintenance is responsive.Property Manager Responded
