I've enjoyed my first 4 months at The Eddy. It's a great location along the water with great views of the Boston skyline. The building is clean and well maintained and I have not had any issues other than a few small maintenance items. When I did, the maintenance team has been fantastic and quickly resolved.

This apartment has an absolutely stunning view and pretty neighborhood. The 24 hour concierge is helpful as you can always reach someone and feel safe at ease.

Sometimes late at night there isn’t someone at the front desk. I had guessed staying at my apartment and it took them over 40 minutes to get into the building because there was no one there.

Love the eddy: the location, the amenities, community. Love walking by the waterfront view. You can take ferry to downtown ( 5 min ride) or blue line that will take you to state ( 5 min) best location. Would recommend for anyone to live here :)

All the concierges are awesome especially Caleb and Tony. The trash guy is super nice and always makes sure the area is kept super clean , the housekeeping lady’s are really sweet and do a great job. Danielle is kind of awful and sadly she runs the building and all of the residence dislike her but the building itself has the best residence . All super respectful and like a big family

Loved living here. Amenities are really great. Location is amazing. I’d recommend to anyone. I just wish the outdoor furniture was left out longer into the fall and put out earlier in the spring
