July 5, 2025The apartment itself was clean and a great fit for a college student. Move-in was smooth, and the online payment system worked well. Management was responsive during the lease — at first. However, since my son moved out over two months ago, we’ve had zero communication from the property. We have not received any portion of the security deposit, nor have we been provided with an invoice or itemized statement explaining how it was used — which is required. At this point, we will be contacting the ...corporate office directly.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Management
May 10, 2023The worst property management I've ever dealt with. Frequent internet outages, never resolved. Went over a month without a stove and received no compensation. No one in the front office knows what they're talking about and they will lie to you and contradict themselves. Do not ask for help because you will not get any. Do not rent from this company.
