Great location. It’s near all the grocery stores and fast food spots. The parking policy is highly restrictive and reminds me of college dorms. There’s a lack of communication about using parking spots when work is being done.

My car got stolen 2 weeks after moving into Century Millenia. Upon move in, the apartment’s walls, floors, bathtubs, sinks, and other surfaces were covered in paint and paint chips due to maintenance just painting over the problems

Love the apartment, especially the kitchen and closets, and location. Only problem is the parking policy, which is one car per unit regardless of size. Usually maintenance is great.
