Just bought by BLVD....
July 17, 2023It WAS good for awhile. Liz & Richard really looked out. Now the rent has increased by $225, the cost to do a load of laundry just shot up while 50% of the facilities actually work. BLVD just adds to the housing crisis while making a profit. Vampires.Review from Apartments.com
