  • Luxury? Big no.

    May 17, 2023
    Carpets are filthy. Garbage everywhere around the unit. Want a remote for that garage? Try again. Thought renting from the company voted best property management would be good. Boy was I mistaken but I guess when the bar is set so low in Fargo they figure even an inch over that is good. Do yourself a favor, pay less and go somewhere else. You will get the same quality of living and maybe some staff that doesn’t spew lies everything you contact them.

  • Worst Apartment Complex - Management

    This by far is the worst Apartment Management I have ever lived within. They pride themselves on being Dog Friendly, but will find any reason to place a fee on your account. (No tie down, no pooping/peeing outside area, no dogs off leash) We have had our garage broken into via neighbor garage and they gave us the "oh that's not our problem, call insurance". We moved out, and are over charging on things that we requested to be fixed while living there and they told us not to worry about until we ...
