I did a review when i first moved in and mentioned of smoke smell in the halls. I have not smelled any smoke of any sort since that day. Must have been a one off situation. I feel so safe here and everything has worked as far as the gym, doors, elevators. Maintenance is amazing and so quick to help with anything. I love the amazing office team. They are all so kind and ready to help. Jabree and Kevin have gone above and beyond through the whole move in process and Kevin even personally ...

Occasionally things don't work (gym bathroom locked, package room disorganized, co-study wifi down, Sip With Me machine broken), but the positive fix-it attitude of the management goes a long way to assuage those issues. The room we rented had extremely dusty carpet with visible clumps of hair when we moved in. We vacuumed twice right away and got a canister of dust and debris. Still, the rest of the place was very nice. We've been living here almost two weeks with minimal issues.

These apartments are okay. They are nice but cheaply built. You can hear inconsiderate neighbors in your apartment and hallways. Management is always unavailable. They don’t take concerns seriously. You get charged for things randomly.

Beautiful and safe community. Hallways do smell like smoke and weed all the time but it does not leak in my unit. The unit is beautiful and clean! The office team is so nice and they were quick to fix an issue I had at move in. The maintenance team are quick to help with any issue and they are so polite and kind. Only suggestion would be a map on how to get to different areas as it can be a bit disorienting at first and there are no signs helping us along the way. When i asked other ...

So far, living at the Edley has been great! The community is beautiful, and feels luxurious and new. On our move in date, they had our keys ready to go and Tashonnda even walked us all the way up to our unit and gave us a cute welcome home gift from the Edley. Upon move-in, we had a few things that needed to be fixed, as expected with a new apartment. Best move. The office staff is the best and helped my moving experience go so smoothly. Love the welcoming bag as well. Being able to turn in money due till your move in helped as well.

My overall resident experience has been mixed so far. While the leasing staff was kind and welcoming, the condition of the unit did not meet the standard I expected for a newly leased apartment. Upon moving in, we discovered mold in the kitchen closet and signs of prior water damage behind the bathroom wall. We weren't able to address it immediately because our move-in was late in the day, but a staff member placed an emergency work order the following day, which I appreciated. However, this ...
type of issue ideally should have been identified prior to move-in. Other quality concerns included styrofoam debris in the ice maker, leftover metal construction materials, and a window banister that appears to have been previously broken and repaired cosmetically. I do want to commend the staff, especially Jabrie, for being so helpful, responsive, and proactive. Jabrie stayed on top of the process and ensured repairs were completed quickly, which helped restore my confidence in the community.

Love living here! The location is unbeatable, the amenities are well maintained, and the dog park makes it perfect for pet owners. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes the community feel welcoming.
