April 14, 2023Our rent somehow skyrocketed and $500 was added we tried to pay something down but they said they needed it in full next month comes it reaches an unbearable amount last month we on need $200 left for rent but could not pay what we had. Now they are saying or making it seem like we’ve not try to make any payments whatsoever even though we constantly were with no attempts to pursue any on the balance as we were applying to a new place management here told management there that we paid no Rent so ...the management at the other place accepted then declined us and it’s to the point we may not be able to move anywhere else. Place was good at first but water didn’t stay hot long enough. paint began to peel to floor began to crack as we were told “what you see is what you get” per management.Property Manager Responded

June 6, 2021The water pressure is horrible, management is horrible. “Amenities” are horrible. It’s rotten, run down, and very second here only ever Seldomly gets worse and more depressing. It is not worth the rent cost, the head aches, or the countless phone calls you’ll find yourself making to management… not that you’ll get past the automated answering machine.Review from Apartments.com
