May 19, 2026Due to physical limitations I cannot walk stairs and the Element has no elevators and due to the poor construction you will experience almost every step and/or dropped item on the floor above if your on the first floor. This becomes a very big nuisance if you have inconsiderate and disrespectful neighbors who refuse to be cognizant of the constant daily noise caused by simply walking but purposely compounded out spite with more pronounced stumping and dragging items along the floor. March 26, 2026For the most part we’ve been satisfied but for the better part of the last two years we’ve experienced multiple and continuous issues with occupants above our first floor apartment. It seem the workmanship of the floor is substandard to the point that most times it seems occupants of all age ranges are stomping and constantly dragging a mechanical or electronic object across the length of the apartment. I would say, it’s either the workmanship of the apartment flooring and/or inconsiderate ...neighbors purposely stomping or oblivious to the obvious noise their walking and dropping objects on the floor as well causes.Property Manager Responded
