Poorly managed high crime molded rat infested

Rat infested property! Constant noise violence shooting and drug usage on property so you hear police and ambulance all the time! None of the amenities are up and running! Management has changed over 4 times in 2 years. Current management is very rude and unprofessional. Apartments were thrown together quickly during renovations so everything is falling apart. There are constant gas leaks and heating issues for water and heat. The temp is controlled. Not at all worth the price. Not a safe or ...

Neighbors are loud, kids are unsupervised and disrespectful, cars are being broken into. Garbage bins are constantly overflowing, water is to harsh to wash clothes for those who have sensitive skin, pool is dirty. Police are constantly being called.

Dispight the updates it is still the same place it has always been. Including the mold and mildew inside the walls.The police are called regularly, cars get broken into and things get stolen. It's obvious that the majority of the children there lack the supervision and discipline they need as they are loud, mouthy and run out in front of cars regularly and act as if they are entitled to act like hooligans and it shouldn't bother anyone that they are so disrespectful.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath with in unit w/d. All utilities included!! Park, basketball court and swimming pool on-site. Within walking distance to many stores, including a car dealership, wal-mart, gas station, the bowling alley and local restaurants. Friendly neighbors, very family oriented property.
