The Elements is an off-campus student housing community in Houghton, MI located just steps from Michigan Technological University. We've got a variety of options to choose from when you live with us - furnished or non-furnished units, covered or surface lot parking, leases starting in May or August, individual or joint lease options, and 16 different floor plans. All apartments have dishwashers, in-unit laundry, and access to community-wide wifi, and all tenants have access to community spaces like the outdoor patio, fitness center, study lounge, and social lounge. We've also got an on-site convenience store stocked with coffee, your favorite snacks, and household necessities.
