DO NOT MOVE HERE. Henry and Nora are so unprofessional. Nora is the type of leasing agent to make comments about the number of guests that you have going in and out of your house as she lives in your building she is so inappropriate. Henry has no professionalism either. He called the police on me simply for being a day late on my rent and asking to speak with corporate regarding the payment method. keep in mind, I was referred to move here by someone who said that they have had their late fee ...
waived twice. Meanwhile, I never have once. That’s not even the worst part. The worst part is calling the police on a resident simply because he is asking for someone above you Henry provided the police with a different corporate number than he initially gave me which further demonstrates his lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help me. The previous manager, Tamara was extremely nice. She honestly was the most helpful person since I moved here. Nora has been, and when she has the opportunity she advocates against you as the residence. I will be leaving this residence as soon as I can I’m sure they will come back and make unsubstantiated claims so people like this. Just stay away from.

The community has been neglected , elevators do not work, hallways are filthy , tree stumps improperly removed , ant piles all over ! Garbage was left in a massive dumpster thay was over flowing for months , that only attracted rodents “Health Hazzard” . Mold on buildings and window sills , paint used to try to cover up the mold . The doors are broken to enter from exterior of buildings to stairs for months on multiple buildings . Pool furniture falling a part . Non residents entering & using ...

Everything about the experience was excellent! Nora was our rock from beginning to end. Tamara was friendly and welcoming. And Will even went out of his way to stop everything he was doing to show us around model units. Bell is a beautiful location, that's obvious to anyone, but it's the people who make it truly special—and the people at Bell are the best in the business. We just couldn't be happier with our decision to make Bell our new home!

It won’t let me do 4.5 stars but I would if it would let me click it. I love living here. There are very few things I would change. I wish there was more storage space in the apartments, and sometimes the main office doesn’t respond to emails. But otherwise this place is a dream!

People are really nice. On call is a really annoying parking system and sometimes people don’t clean up after their dogs but overall it is a nice community.

It is a great complex to live. The only issue can be the elevators, as they will only have one working at the time. Communication with staff is a little difficult. Over all, great location close to everything.

i love it here?? if i could have one thing different though at this point it would be assigned parking for atleast 1 vehicle per unit???? other than that so far so good.
