February 10, 2026The apartments themselves are very nice and new. However the amenities are still nowhere near being complete and work has stopped all together for the last couple of months. There has been high management turnover and communication is basically zero about any sort of timeline or progress. It’s frustrating being told the amenities would be done in a couple of months when you move in and it’s been 8 months and they still are not complete. My advice would be to look at other apartments first and ...look back at the Ellington in a year or two when it’s complete.
