I have been a resident for 6-7 weeks and have not yet had a dishwasher that works. Great place -- pretty everything -- but if you don't need a dishwasher come here.

I have lived here for over 2 years. The staff is great! They are very caring and were so great about helping accommodate for a gaming truck for my sons birthday party. They really put in extra effort to help make sure all my maintenance request were completed correctly and to my satisfaction. The maintenance staff is very kind and friendly and show up extremely fast once a request has been put in. I loved my experience living here.

The management and the maintenance staff are very nice and respectful people. They do your repairs in a timely period of time and they keep the grounds in the complex clean. I have lived here for a year and I enjoy living here.

If I could I would give this apartment complex 0 stars. I have been living at the this apartment complex for about 6 months and we have had new neighbors move in above us that do not respect the people living below them. We have spoken with the new management at the apartment 3 times and this last time they told us its to bad and if its to noisily call the police. The staff is very unprofessional and not understanding at all. I recommend that you look else where for apartments in Concord, NC.
