Seems great at first
November 3, 2024The rent is a fair price, but it’s only a fair price after you realize you are going to be nickel and dimed for every single amenity. 100+ on your rent a MONTH for an AC unit when this is a brick building that holds heat every well is crazy and cruel to me. Parking isn’t better they have a sketchy parking lot that’s also another 100+ a month to park, and I wouldn’t even trust it with all the people parking there during the weekends to hit the bars. The neighbors aren’t great, some of them have ...been kind but most have made me feel unwelcome and like I don’t belong. The floors are so squeaky you and hear what’s going on above you and you can’t take two steps without hearing a squeak. I also had a package stolen and I reached out to management for help and received 0 help, but about a week later they sent an email out about someone else’s package that was stolen so it felt like they didn’t even care about me. Not Ideal
September 20, 2024Lower your expectation for this apartment. There is no AC, and the heater will constantly run. I had to keep my windows open the entire winter. The elevator is extremely slow, so if you live at a high floor, get ready for a long elevator ride or take the stairs. The management is nice and down to earth people.Review from Apartments.com

January 7, 2020I love the convenience of these apartments! This location is prime with restaurants and bars right around the corner and the Farmer’s Market steps from the front door.
