January 6, 2026I've been a resident of the Elliot community for 16 months and by far this is the best residential community in the market. Everything is designed for perfection. My family and I are having great time and I hope it last for long time. The place is well taken care of by the management and maintenance team. I'm a civil engineer and I can professionally judge the great quality of the construction and the civil site work. During the first month we moved in, the area were hit by 2 hurricanes and we ...felt very safe inside our apartment and whatever minor damages the community had, it was fixed right away by the maintenance team. July 23, 2025Just moved in a week ago and I have to say that this is one of the best apartments that I ever lived in before for the price. The staff and maintenance crew are super responsive and helpful. We have seen very high end apartments before and lived in some and this apartment is equivalent to one of those and better.
