Perfect complex, even better staff
July 29, 2020I've been living at The Ellis for about six months now, and it is, by far, my best residential experience yet. As a native Savannahian, I can assure you that the location is perfect - halfway between historic downtown and the islands/beach. The property is beautiful - live oak trees throughout - and the amenities are super clean and awesome (all my visitors love this complex). I've been incredibly impressed with the staff - Nicole and Karen in the office are wonderful to interact with and always ...very helpful. Rich, the Community Manager, made sure to introduce himself on move-in day and left a handwritten note in my unit to make me feel extra welcome. He is always available and happy to attend to any resident needs, maintenance issues, etc. I truly feel at home here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury living in Savannah!Property Manager Responded
