May 3, 2024I moved to Ellsworth four days ago. This place is phenomenal, super clean, super peaceful, and beautiful. All the staff is super welcoming and nice, they made sure I have everything I needed. The staff is super professional and patient. The amenities are above and beyond!!!! November 13, 2023I've lived here for a 5 months now and I can't express my gratitude enough for this building and everyone that helped me along the way! I'll start by saying that just as previous reviews have mentioned, the faces at the front set the tone for the whole experience here. Yazmin is a rare breed of women! She is the most warm and genuine manager I've ever worked with- special shout to Todd as he supported me every step of the way :). To be honest, I came here and toured *plenty* of different units on ...*many* occasions as I was so particular about what I wanted... and they didn't skip a beat with their support. It's a brand new building with beautiful appliances and amenities. So far, the crowd here has been respectful and quiet, which to me, community is an important factor within an apartment building. The vibes here are simply welcoming-- and I'm known to be picky!! I hardly write reviews but this place deserves alllll of the stars. November 5, 2023I have been living at The Ellsworth for a good amount of time. It’s a beautiful community where I live alone and work from home. However, living on the first floor and near all the exit doors, to and from the clubhouse/leasing area and near exits to and from the front outdoor area of the building, I’ve had to endure an unfortunate amount of noise and disruptions. For the last week or so the elevator has been making howling noises and it echoes through my apartment. I’m sure many other residents ...can hear it as there are 8 floors. It’s an elevator that is used frequently since it’s closest to the coffee machine in the club house. Not to mention the large metal doors throughout the community that are heavy to open and slam shut every time they are used. It’s an extremely unsettling and startling sound. The one nearest to this elevator and closest to the coffee machine is extremely loud and the sound of it shutting is extremely disruptive. Working from home it would be nice to have a quiet environment especially for the cost of living here in this luxury community. The community has quiet hours set but it’s never a quiet hour for me as I have to hear the doors slam shut all day every day and sometimes even during the night. It’s extremely frustrating for it to disrupt not only my work but also my sleep. I can’t imagine I’m the only resident that has to deal with hearing the slamming metal doors and loud howling elevator. I have tried numerous times to visit the leasing office regarding the issue but no one is ever available to help and the telephones are never answered. Needless to say, if you are looking for a luxury apartment where your sleep and stay at home work life is filled with disruptive noise then this is the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 6, 2023It is so upsetting to read such a negative review about the Ellsworth team. A bad review will not shatter this property and the great job this team does. It will be very hard to find a team that is as dedicated to a property and to all residents as the Ellsworth team. I have been living in this property since the beginning and I have seen how the Ellsworth team works day and night to maintain this property and to ensure all residents are taken care of. I cannot compliment them enough on how ...well and how clean/well kept the entire property is, customer service is a 10/10. The team at Ellsworth is a well put together team, they take pride in everything they do, and they treat all residents with respect and they always available to assist. The manager does a fantastic job running this place, she is very unique, full of passion, and with an energy that is very contagious. She has put together a great team that works hard and ensures that all residents feel welcome at home. it really shows. I and other residents love the way this place is run, not too many properties are run with such passion and dedication. This place still looks brand new after 7 months of being open. Rules are rules and we are glad they make sure all rules are followed, so everyone feels at home. I have come through some residents who only have negative things to say, they are always those ones who no matter what can't be happy and they gossip about everything. People need to take accountability for their actions and the things they do, but unfortunately, it does not happen that way. They need to blame someone else for their mistake or bad decisions. We'll let me tell you that the team at the Ellsworth is AWESOME and we are glad that this team runs this place the way a property should be run. I guess all I want to say, as well as many residents, is that we cannot be prouder of this team. Thank you for making The Ellsworth a great place to call HOME.
