March 4, 2021I am a new resident and I couldn't have made a better choice. What an excellent community! Encore is situated within the Clarksburg Town Center just a quick walk away from the local shopping and eateries. The staff is very responsive and ever present. The management is very knowledgeable and ready to assist with any issue. I contacted management with a simple issue and it was taken care of without hesitation. If you are looking for an awesome 55 and over residence, please consider Encore. ...Very quiet living, lots of activities all within a well maintained environment.Property Manager Responded

I highly Recommend living
March 4, 2021I love living at Elms communities so when I heard about Encore I had to go take a look! Well, right after looking and speaking with the awesome staff I applied! Arva helped me and is a total gem. This building is amazing! The features in the apartments are great and well thought out. It's very cozy and all my furniture fits the space. I also love the common areas of the building, they are designed well and the décor is so posh. There are often resident events and the neighbors are very ...friendly!
