August 6, 2025The Elms at Germantown is wonderful. The staff and maintenance are very organized and patient to work with. There is a stress-free leasing and living. MICE EVERYWHERE
November 10, 2021MICE everywhere! I went to visit my family who lives here and there is always mice running in the hallways in their building and by the dumpsters. Their office does not do anything to get rid of them. Don’t move here if you are thinking of moving here. The staff is rude too. One time my cousin was on the phone with them and I could hear how the man was speaking. Poor customer service.Property Manager Responded

Great Place, Great Staff, Worth Living In!
October 31, 2021We've lived here for 5 years and we have no regrets! Aside from having spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets, and high ceilings, the entire place is beautiful with a great location. We love the pool, the courtyard, the landscape... it is well maintained! It is very convenient and close to almost everything we need. We feel safe here ( not to mention there’s a few police officers that live in our building). Our neighbors are friendly. Our daughter loves growing up here. Most of all, the staff (both ...management and maintenance ) are kind, approachable , helpful, understanding and provide great service! They attend to our concerns and requests respectfully and promptly. We highly recommend this place!Property Manager Responded

Great Place, Great Staff.. Worth Living In!
October 31, 2021We've lived here for 5 years and we have no regrets! Aside from having spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets, we love the pool, the courtyard and the great location. It is close to almost everything. The entire complex is well maintained and is beautiful. We feel safe. Our neighbors are friendly and our daughter enjoys growing up here. Most of all, the staff (management and maintenance) are kind, understanding, provide great service and attend to our needs promptly. It is definitely worth your ...money!Property Manager Responded

Amazing New Staff!
October 20, 2021The new Germantown team is amazing. They are very responsive and takes care of all of my requests in a timely fashion. I am very impressed with all of the resident events that we are having especially the food trucks. Mr. King communicates all the time with the residents and notify us of any updates. Very Modern Living Spaces
September 24, 2021This apartment complex has very modern living spaces with high ceilings, large bedrooms that can fit king size beds, with room for dressers Parking can be a bit hit or miss at times. Maintenance is very responsive and does good work in general. We are finding it difficult to find a rental townhouse that is as nice as theae apartments for the same amount of money per month. A/C units are a bit undersized for the living spaces.Property Manager Responded

Great location and Welcoming management
March 21, 2020We've been renting here since early 2014. It's very convenient with access to groceries, local shopping centers, college, highways, etc. Management and their staff are awesome. They're very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to your needs. Over the years, things worn out here and there in my unit, but the maintenance crew is very prompt to come solving any issues. Awesome location and maintenance
March 4, 2020I lived here for 3 years and transferred to a rwnovated unit. The space and granite countertop really is worth my money.
