    This is a very good place to live, with many different options and annimities. Very pet friendly. Very spacious. The management is awesome. They are very caring making sure all residents have a good and safe living experience. The staff is very courteous and prompt. I would recommend living here for anyone who is looking for a place to live.

    We're under new management now...and she's really uptight. I won't be living here once my lease is up. The new property manager is very by the books and I get it, some rules make sense. But some (like no welcome mats) are ridiculous. These apartments are peoples homes and the rules are making it much less homey. We're a community of families not a carbon copy money making farm. Anyway, besides that the apartments themselves are nice and the grounds are very well kept.

    I have been at The Villas Apartment and Townhomes for the last ten years. Absolutely love the location of the property, just a short drive to work, shopping and restaurants but in a country setting. My apartment has a great layout and I get a free carport which works great in the winter. I would refer this property to all who is looking if just for themselves or a family. Staff is friendly and prompt getting problems solved.
