The Emerald's common area amenities includes a management office, community room, fitness center, automated parcel lockers/mail room, dog park, pet spa and business center. Additional distinctive amenities include a community patio with Gazebo, grills and fire pits to enjoy the serene setting.Enjoy the peace and quiet of your home while still being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, schools, medical facilities, and both Highway 95 & 65. Utilities are not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities under RUBS, including water, gas, sewer, refuse, electricity and optional internet or cable TV. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged.Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. May 22, 2024The apartment management is a joke. Two outside doors of the facility have been broken for over a year. The elevator breaks weekly, so if you are unable to take the stairs keep that in mind. Also - when you move out you WILL NOT get your deposit back. You will likely owe money. They told me I would be charged for 1 hour of cleaning and for a patch on the carpet. After I signed the document they added a bunch of charges to it. They are a greedy and unethical company and will do anything they ...can to nickel and dime you. I would look else where before choosing here. Hope this helpsProperty Manager Responded
May 28, 2024Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator and exterior doors. We had to wait for additional parts to have the repairs under control. Regarding your move-out, we understand that you may have been confused by our cleaning/carpet replacement fees. However, your apartment did not meet our cleaning standards. We had to spend a significant amount of time to do extra cleaning. Additionally, the carpet was damaged during your tenancy and after inspected, needed to be replaced. May 31, 2023For the amount I pay in rent, I should not have to feel as though I'm living under constant surveillance. I do not have a dog, but they send out constant, letters, emails, and text messages about how people handle their dogs; always ending each letter with "they're watching the cameras" that does NOT make.me.feel comfortable in my own homeReview from Apartments.com
