February 24, 2026Very nice apartment complex, staff is phenomenal. However pretty pricey apartment, parking is an additional $160 a month per car, the elevator is frequently broken causing wait times up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. During the summer time around the perimeter of the apartment complex it does accumulated quite a bit of trashProperty Manager Responded

February 19, 2026I really enjoy living in this apartment. Everything was well prepared for me when I moved in, even after only 5 days' notice. My thermostat was not working properly, and it was fixed within 15 minutes, which was awesome. They constantly keep us informed about what is going on with the apartment, so we never have any maintenance issues we are unaware of. All in all, I really love this place.Property Manager Responded

I'm especially a fan of their gym area, the pool that stays open far longer than other outdoor pools in the Oak Park area, and the beautiful grills and eating area in the outdoor deck area. December 8, 2025I’m really glad they fixed the elevator. The amenities are nice and common areas clean. Would like there to be better care around the parking garage; it’s definitely sketchy late at night.Property Manager Responded
