  • HAD a good run

    Lately? Disappointed. When we first arrived in early 2023, the place was clean, all of the gym machines worked, pool areas, common areas (Gazebos) were clean & in good condition. Now? Trash cans are full to the max, garbage spilled everywhere. Now, everything is so rundown, areas of the fence need replacement, and due to this, crime has been making it its way inside the complex. There’s been a few attempted break-ins, and I’m not sure how many actual break-ins but management is doing nothing ...
    about it. This is all starting end of last year. Phones go unanswered for days, fees go up in price, yet, nothing gets replaced or fixed. Lately it just seems like they let just anybody move in. Disappointed- among other things to say the least, the first 2 years were amazing.

  • Love it here

    From the moment I walked in to tour the apartment, to move in and now living here all has been amazing. Sandra was so patient with explaining all of my options and the unit availability to select the best one for me. She worked diligently to help me get all the accommodations I was looking for that were available and demonstrated excellent communication and customer service. I had no issues with move in. Everything went smoothly. I have the best neighbors! I look forward to staying here long ...

  • The Emerson

    The Emerson is an amazing location to live. I really like the apartment layouts and the options for the amenities inside them. Some of my favorite locations to spend my time are at the volleyball court as well as playing Corn hole at one of their locations inside the apartment complex. Another fun way I pass the time is at the beautiful poolside. I have been recommending this place to all my friends.
