LOVE this place we call home!
April 30, 2026I never thought I’d live in an apartment again. It’s been 25 years. But I don’t really feel like we live in an apartment, I feel like we live in a community. The building is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Our property manager is so wonderful and very helpful. The maintenance crew does a good job and are pretty on top of things. My kids and I love playing in the game room and I enjoy entertaining guests up in the sky lounge.There are a plethora of options in walking distance that makes ...living here very accessible and enjoyable. The Emery won’t disappoint!
April 30, 2026The Emery’s onsite staff are kind, authentic, respectful & sincere. The community is clean, well maintained - the first week I lived here they were washing the garage floors. The handful of neighbors I have passed by say ‘hi’ & make eye contact. Seems to be a community for all ages. The location is fantastic, hop skip & jump from a bakery, auto parts store, banks, realtors, jeweler, a number of eating establishments & across from a convenience store/gas station. Plus a super greenhouse, auto ...mechanic, post office, coffee shop (though we have a well stocked coffee bar of our own), park & the Vermillion River. There’s an ice arena blocks away if hockey is of interest to you. It’s been a little chilly to hit our roof top sitting area - but looking forward to it soon.Truth to tell, this is the nicest place I have lived in years!
