June 3, 2025Overall, my experience has been positive. The amenities are well-maintained, the gym is excellent, and the neighborhood feels safe and family-friendly. However, I do believe there needs to be greater transparency during the leasing process, particularly regarding parking. Clearer communication upfront would have helped manage expectations and reduced a lot of unnecessary stress. That said, aside from this issue, I’ve been very satisfied with the apartment and community.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025I have lived in The Emery for 2 weeks and from the day I moved in, the staff and residents have been nothing short of amazing! Taylor Duncan in the leasing office is smart, extremely helpful and so pleasant. A resident offered her wagon for me to use when she noticed me strugging with packages. Another resident almost lost his arm trying to hold the elevator for me. Just all around an amazing experience thus far!Property Manager Responded
