The maintenance department is outstanding. Could not get this much responsive attention anywhere else! I like the regular cleaning of the door windows and carpets. I would like to see some window washing annually of the exterior, high, unreachable windows.

The management and maintenance teams are truly top-notch—responsive, professional, and always willing to help. I Love it so far! Quiet, clean, and friendly. The patio made it so convenient for me to move most of my stuff on my own and we can't wait to enjoy the pool. The office staff is amazing!

Nice property overall with modern apartments, a good location, and amenities that make it feel comfortable. Apartment living definitely teaches patience and “community awareness,” but management is usually friendly and responsive when concerns are brought to their attention. Most residents are respectful, and for the most part it’s been a decent place to live. Like any apartment complex, you learn pretty quickly who treats shared spaces like shared spaces… and who maybe missed that lesson growing ...

You can easily hear mostly everything outside and the neighbors below you. The recycling comes very early in the morning and wakes us up. Nice apartments themselves, I just wish there was more sound proofing done.
