December 3, 2025Overall, The Emory is an okay place to live. The location is convenient, the building is generally well-kept, and most day-to-day needs are met without issue.They do a good job of attempting community engagement with activities and events. That said, the biggest drawback is the lack of proper insulation in both the floors and ceilings. Noise carries far more than it should, and at times it feels like there’s very little buffer between units. With better soundproofing, this could be a ...significantly more comfortable living experience. If you’re looking for something simple and in a good area, it works — just be aware that the noise insulation isn’t great for the price you pay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 30, 2025I have never lived at such an amazing apartment complex. I moved here in May and have already made so many friends in this wonderful community here! My favorite thing this summer was going down to the pool and chatting with new friends. I don’t know what it is here, but everyone is SO easy to get along with (especially the staff). The owner remembers everyone’s names and recognizes me and even my dog everytime we run into him. It is also super dog/pet friendly! You can really tell that they like ...to include your pets in the community because they’re family too! They have a dog park and a dog grooming spa with a full bathtub, grooming table, high velocity dryer, and a big vacuum so you can clean up after you and your pup(as someone who worked in a dog grooming salon this is INSANELY useful! I groom my own dog down there every month). The apartments are very top end and cozy. The staff is very on hands and throw fun parties for every season!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 31, 2025It's pretty nice. The grounds are well maintained, the interiors are generally nice, appliances all decent quality. There are 2 things though that suck. 1. The walls are paper thin. I mean like almost impressively thin. My neighbors are not loud, but I can hear everything they do. Dealing with noise is the reality of apartment living, but this is quite a bit worse than I have experienced before. It's almost like the walls amplify the sound. 2. The trash situation. There is a single compactor ...for all buildings. It stinks (literally) and depending on where you're located, it can also be quite a distance away to haul your trash, especially once it gets wet or cold. There is no trash valet, there is no trash chute or nearby bins, there is only the compactor. The smell when you open it is truly something else.
