    The community is wonderful and the amenities are great! We had an easy time moving in and love the apartment. The apartment is clean and all the appliances are top notch. The neighbors have been welcoming and we are enjoying life at the Emory.

    It's pretty nice. The grounds are well maintained, the interiors are generally nice, appliances all decent quality. There are 2 things though that suck. 1. The walls are paper thin. I mean like almost impressively thin. My neighbors are not loud, but I can hear everything they do. Dealing with noise is the reality of apartment living, but this is quite a bit worse than I have experienced before. It's almost like the walls amplify the sound. 2. The trash situation. There is a single compactor ...
    for all buildings. It stinks (literally) and depending on where you're located, it can also be quite a distance away to haul your trash, especially once it gets wet or cold. There is no trash valet, there is no trash chute or nearby bins, there is only the compactor. The smell when you open it is truly something else. Everyone I've met here has honestly been great, any issues I've head with like maintenance has been pretty quick, but these other issues are ingrained.
