I was one of the first tenents here and I have enjoyed living here. I can walk to downtown easily and The Hub, Gary's Place and MOWA are right around the corner. The property manager, Brooke, does a great job communicating and hosting apartment wide events such as a Christmas Party and Summer Jam with a food truck!

Just moved in about a month ago the apartment manager Brooke is super nice and very helpful! The apartment are super cute and cozy and the heated pool is amazing! Also my pup loves having our own private entrance! Maintenance came same day to fix the leak in my sink! Very nice community to live in I highly recommend looking into it if you panning on moving.

Quaint, quite and pet friendly community! Everyone I've encountered so far has been friendly and respectful of this beautiful space. Brooke is by far the best property manager I've encountered while renting! All amenities one needs in a space including a pool...that I'm currently enjoying! :)

We had an outstanding experience at The Emree. The community is exceptionally clean, beautifully built, and clearly very well maintained. The amenities are top-notch—we especially loved the pool and took advantage of the fitness center every day during our stay.
What truly sets this property apart is the management. Brooke, the site manager, is absolutely incredible. We travel frequently and have stayed at countless apartment communities, hotels, and vacation rentals, and we can honestly say ...
there is no better manager than Brooke. She genuinely cares about her residents, takes tremendous pride in her work, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are second to none.
