May 29, 2025My experience has been great living here. The maintenance team came right out when my AC wasn't working. I called the office about AC not working and within an hour someone was here. Thank you because texas heat is no joke.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025Different than I expected.. I love the layout of my apartment and it’s super spacious! Although there is pros AND cons to my experience so far.. but maintenance and the office gets things done pretty quickly which is a plus! Quiet most days and don’t have any complaints. May 21, 2025Where should I start? Hot water comes on and off from to time which is very inconvenient at times. Also when request are put in to fix something THEY DON’T. Not even communication on the status until you call them. From time to time i see little roaches. Just disgusting overall. I can’t wait until November to be gone!Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2025Tamra the office manager is amazing. Maintenance team is amazing as well & fixes any problems as quick as possible. Very busy location especially with game days but also prime location for good food and close proximity to a bunch of places.Property Manager Responded
