Property is good for living and close to daily utility and grocery shops. Enough parking space and gated community make safe and secure living.
Maintainance is quick.
We are also expacting community hall kind of facility which is a real need.

The Enclave is the best apartments ever! My neighbors are so nice and generous. Everyone looks out for one another which makes me feel safe. I love everything about this place including the office staff and maintenance. All issues are dealt with immediately and tenants are kept informed of the matters at hand.

The inside of the units are old and dated; and they continue to increase your rental rate with each lease renewal. It would be nice for them to make improvements without having to ask them. The water is hot and there is not any pest control issues. Pros you are close to I-30, 360, and George Bush Turnpike.

Great place to call home.
I live in an area where there are grocery stores and department stores near by, with in walking distance as well. There are restaurants everywhere around us and Texas Live down the street. We all types of events on a regular basis.
