November 23, 2025For as long as I’ve been here my experience has been mostly good with one exception, the towing situation. No matter how much residence complain we are not heard. Many have lost their vehicles and many have had to pay very high fees even when we’ve followed the parking rules in the community and there is no recourse. For as long as I’ve lived here I’ve worried about waking up to my car being gone even though I’m a resident or my visitors cars being gone even though they are properly tagged. ...So now I will not refer anyone to this community.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2025My experience has been strange. When I moved in the first couple of months were great. Maybe about the 6th months someone damaged my vehicle twice within days. The leasing office didn't do anything and refused to allow me to view the coverage. I asked several time but the answer was no. The next thing people hanging out at night by the trash dump. It was 5 guys and it was like that for a few weeks and Noone did anything. So I started staying at my sister house because I get off work so late at ...night. Also there's not enough parking spaces for residents that works late nights. I usually park near the visitor parking late at night. It's really dark in the complex. I work so close is the reason why I don't want to move.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025Overall fine. During events at the stadium the entrances get blocked off often, and that is annoying. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get home.Property Manager Responded
