Since I've been here I've had great service. The apartments is very quiet and it's very convenient for me cuz I work at Dallas Stadium.... I haven't had any problems. Haven't seen any roaches. They've been taking care of business very well....

Really good love the gym and amenities. The apartment itself is amazing, very spacious and an awesome kitchen, with its own washer and dryer. All in all pretty much perfect.

Nice one.. affordable, walking distance walmart, nearby riverside walk, well gated, and happening area. The only thing I don’t like is that it has a bit older interior with no island in the kitchen. Rest of all is good.

Love all the entertainment and sporting events, hate the traffic and not being able to get home if you have to work on an AT&T game day. Love being able to go watch the Rangers whenever they are in town, still super affordable

Property is good for living and close to daily utility and grocery shops. Enough parking space and gated community make safe and secure living. Maintainance is quick. We are also expacting community hall kind of facility which is a real need.
