BEWARE AND DOCUMENT EVERY SINGLE STAIN AND BLEMISH!!!! You will get charged for what someone else left behind!!! August 2017....my daughter moved out and got charged 256.00 for things that were not her fault. When she moved in I IMMEDIATELY put on an allergen/waterproof fully enclosed mattress cover. We were charged $25 for cleaning to take it off and $142 for a stained mattress!!! How was that our fault when the cover NEVER came off. The clothes dryer was plugged with lint. They put a call in to ...

maintenance. The girls (3 of them) got charged $40 extra for 3 months for too much electricity. WHAT A TOTAL SCAM!!! Lesson learned, write down EVERYTHING with the owner upon moving in and take pictures!!!!!!!!

Thins Wall but Still A Good Complex

They provide a great environment for college students...pool, game room, stand up tanning beds...but the apartments were poorly constructed and do not offer much noise ventilation. The price is a little higher, but everything is included in the cost. I really miss the laundry room in each unit as well as the bathroom in each room. I had a great time while living at Enclave. I met lots of great people and had plenty of memorable experiences.
