      Overall, the experience has been good, however there is one recurring problem. Year after year, management claims to be fixing the air conditioning in the gym/7th floor and it never has/never will be fixed. Please have this fixed once and for all, as it makes it extremely uncomfortable in the gym, and makes it difficult to use the amenities that we are paying for.

      Overall, good although the fire alarm going off so frequently is awful! We have lived here for about a year and brought a baby home in December, since her birth it has gone off more than I can count. At this rate, when you leave the building because it’s going off nearly no one is outside. Also, no communication about why at all! Not an email, or notice in the elevators. So if you are woken in the middle of the night and expect a curtesy email in the morning, think again.

      The Enclave has failed to put on the AC on the top floor for two summers now, including in the gym. They claim that they are working on it but nothing gets done. Also, they replaced a TV in the club room with a painting. Seriously..?
