Great place to live

Been here 2 years and this is the first apartment I've lived in where everything is good. The location is convenient with a Walgreens and 2 grocery stores a couple blocks away, apartments are good/well-built, pool is good, parking is good, property managers are awesome and super responsive, package handling is good, automatic coffee/hot drink machine is my new fav amenity. I have to move cross-country for work but would otherwise stay here for the foreseeable future. Genuinely sad to be leaving ...

Great Apartment... Excellent and Responsive Staff

Just completed a move into the apartment. Couldn't be happier with the apartment complex. Our apartment is spacious, bright, and clean. Similarly, the facilities including gym, swimming pool, and meeting rooms are excellent and well-maintained. We were moving from out-of-state with some help from local family. The staff, Ashley, Constance, and David, are the best--very helpful and responsive!!!

Overall good building/management

The building itself is nice with a pool and workout area. Recently someone that smokes moved in and stinks up the common area of an entire floor with cigarette smoke. It’s like a wall that hits you as soon you leave the apartment or get off the elevator. It’s a non-smoking apartment, but unfortunately one unit makes it miserable for an entire wing.

Great Place to Call Home

The Enclave has everything you could want out of a place to live. The apartments/buildings are well maintained, there's plenty to do in the area, and the staff and other residents are all very friendly and helpful. It's also a great place to have a pet - the leasing office even has dog treats on hand at all times. With other amenities on top of that, such as a gym and pool, you can't ask for much more.

Great for singles, couples, or families!

It's been super living at the Enclave! It's truly an idea location to be. Quick walk to the village, private hidden area, and friendly/young residents. There are many amenities including heated garage parking, swimming pool, courtyard, fancy coffee machine in the leasing building, and a party room to hangout in and rent for special occasions. Above all, the staff is very accommodating and responsive, which is quite difficult to find!

Excellent property, friendly staff and great location

I have been here a little over 6 months now and I have no complaints. This is the first apartment complex that I've actually had a good experience with. The staff is friendly and commuitaces frequently via email. They do a community event about every couple months or so, which is nice. The apartments are well built and quiet. Everything is kept clean and working. It is in a good location between Wauwatosa village and downtown Milwaukee. The coffee machine and dedicated package room are nice ...
additions. The only thing that they are missing is a small dog park for the residents but there are plenty of big parks in the area to walk your dog.

The Enclave- still the best apartment complex in Wauwatosa

I have been living at The Enclave for about a year now. I love the pool and fitness center. Also, the full sized washer and dryer in my unit is really convenient. The Hawthorne Glen park/ trail is within walking distance and is great for hiking. They have been very responsive to any issues, which are rare since everything is so new and efficient. it isn't too close to the train tracks like that other one that was just built. Also, the Enclave has plenty of parking space both outdoors and indoors in the heated garage. All the appliances are very energy efficient.

The Enclave is a comfortable, tranquil and inviting place to live in close proximity to many restaurants and shops in the quaint village of Wauwatosa. Unfortunately, I will need to move out from my beautiful three bedroom apartment. I have so enjoyed my time living there. Clean & well-kept with incredible amenities!

The Enclave is an amazing place to live! The apartments, common areas, and outdoor spaces are beautiful and well taken care of. We feel like we're living in a hotel. There's a great fitness center, a business center, party room, pool, brunch buffet on Fridays, free outdoor fitness classes with the WAC - you really can't want anything else! The people and pets we've met are all friendly and welcoming. We are so happy that we decided to make this place our home.

Excellent, Well-Run Property in the Heart of it All

I lived at the Enclave for 4 years, and I can very much say that this property exudes comfort and class both within your unit and within the property. I was on the 3rd floor, and I never had issues with noise or unruly distractions. The fellow residents were all friendly and professional. The property manager and the staff were fantastic both on a personal level, and as ambassadors for the property. Any maintenance issues and/or questions were taken care of within 24 hours, and prompt responses ...
ensured that my concerns (which were very little) were addressed immediately. The maintenance staff were professional and did an excellent job at maintaining the property and fixing any issue in your unit. The trash room was always kept clean, the grounds were spotless, and any public spaces were put to good use. The amenities were also thoughtful, with new fitness equipment, a pool, an outdoor courtyard with a bbq, and a game room. As a neighborhood, the Enclave is located close enough to all the restaurants and cafés in the Wauwatosa Village, and just a short 10-15 minute drive to Downtown and the Third Ward. I would absolutely recommend the Enclave to anyone searching for an apartment in the Milwaukee area.

Top Notch!

The Enclave is a friendly, comfortable, upper scale, well taken care of place to live! While living there we were able to enjoy using the free coffee machine, workout facility, pool table room, party room and pool. We also attended some of the resident events (which had many tasty meals & treats) and we were able to get to know the friendly and helpful staff as well as our fellow neighbors! The apartment itself had a good amount of space and a great flow from the kitchen to the living room to allow us to host many family members or friends at one time. And, any time we had an issue with any of the appliances we were able to put in a work order right away and know that it would be fixed the very next day! True, the accommodations at The Enclave are superior. Yes, the location is fantastic for working in Tosa or downtown. Of course, the heated garage, Friday breakfasts, and workout room make this truly luxury living. But none of these details matter without a fabulous staff, and The Enclave of Wauwatosa has just that. Chuck and Mark maintain the truly gorgeous buildings, outdoor second-level common areas, heated pool, and heated garage. While we lived at The Enclave, Leah worked diligently ...
to uphold the high standard of living expected at such a premier complex while ensuring that neighbors met neighbors and the apartments truly became the residents' homes. Even when a moving company debacle caused our last day there to be less than wonderful, Leah was absolutely our ally, even calling the out-of-state supervisor of the horrific movers on our behalf. Her commitment to her residents doesn't end when you move out either. Our Christmas card order accidentally found its way to The Enclave this year, and with one email to Leah, she helped us get them reshipped to our new address, which included her dropping the package off at the UPS store HERSELF! An experience, above and beyond, is truly what you are getting as a resident of The Enclave, now and forever.
