Nothing to see here
December 23, 2022Worst leasing office staff. Never keeps anyone up to date with honest information. No water...too bad. Someone in your parking spot that you pay for...not interested. Bad neighbors that you need help with...figure it out yourself. Rent goes up and service goes down. Had many incidents where repair staff would move my personal items, use my bathroom etc and never clean up after themselves. No regard for residents. Not The Best, Not The Worst
October 4, 2022These guys are not completely bad, but also left me with a unpleasant taste in my mouth. They do not do anything shady, which is nice, and living here was not that bad. What I think future residents should be weary of is once I gave notice of moving out they did not respond to many of my and my future apartment's emails. Hopefully though I am the only one who experienced this. Maintenance staff is a solid 5/5, which is why I would give this place an overall 2.5/5 and round up to 3.Property Manager Responded
