December 22, 2023Been towed twice already because there is not enough parking. Residents that have garages with driveways use the only 3 parking spots that’s available.Review from Apartments.com
Some Pros, more Cons
August 12, 2021Review from a former Tenant Pros 1. Spacious Units 2. Washer and Dryer in Unit 3. Garage 4. Location to the Metro Parks is wonderful Cons 1. No visitor parking- NONE- people park in fire lanes without any action taken by Management. 2. Plan on looking at garbage cans year round. At least half of the residents never put their garbage cans away and no action is take by Management. 3. High Rent with no amenities- pool, workout room, etc. 4. Unless it is a major maintenance issue- like flooding. ...Maintenance issues will not be resolved. We had some items pending repair the entire time we lived there that were never fixed. 5. Luck of the draw with neighbors, with the shared thin walls we were woken many nights with our neighbors arguing for hours on end.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartments...Poor Customer Service
August 26, 2020I have to agree that the condos are nice but lack storage and small garages. Also parking for guests is non existing. I live in a 2 bedroom unit and have been here for 3 years and the owner, maintenance crew and account management are awesome. It's the office staff that lacks any sense of humanity and professionalism. They are the main reason that I will be seeking a new residence.Review from Apartments.com
Really nice place, but...
August 28, 2013Its a nice place but, there are no on-site community amenities, like a pool, fitness center, and etc. The kitchen appliances are in excellent condition which is a plus, however the washers and dryers are fairly used. In the upstairs one bedroom apartments there is no separate linen closet, you must use some space from your walk in closet for your linens. The living/dining room (no 'real' dining room) doesn't flow well, the fireplace is in a awkward position, which is challenging for furniture ...arrangement. The garages are a bit small. Honestly, I don't think the apartments are worth the price, but it is a GREAT location!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
