Too small & squeaky floors
May 26, 2020The property is quiet, but the one-bedroom is very small with one wall closet that barely holds my wardrobe. Residing in a lower unit has its advantages during the Summer months less AC usage; however, during the winter months, I would suggest investing in a space heater and heavy drape curtains as the apartment is quite chilly during the winter months. The HVAC unit is located off the living room and it is noisy to the point where you are constantly turning up the volume on the television. The ...floors above me are horrible to the point where it sounds like my neighbors are in my apartment with me walking around in the next room. I can literally hear my upstairs neighbor turning over in their bed that is how bad the floor squeaks. Lastly, the pipes are noisey as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
