February 18, 2026The apartments are nice. My main issue is with all of the rules everyone is supposed to follow but a lot of them are not enforced. For example, there is a resident here who purposely drives his car very loud and very fast in the complex and no matter how many times he’s been reported, nothing ever gets done.Review from Apartments.com

February 16, 2026I truly love living here so much! Our apartment is such a perfect floor plan and felt pretty much brand new when me moved in. We have experienced a major issue with receiving mail/packages which is an expensive and frustrating issue to deal with for obvious reasons. We are missing more than 10 packages since moving in late August.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2026I’ve lived in the complex since 2024 and I have no complaints. Maintenance is amazing and always so friendly, office staff is great. Only thing is the walls are very thin paint that scuffs easily!Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2026This apartment complex is nice. The staff is nice and helpful. I just wish the enforcement of their complex rules were enforced more. The last thing I wish these apartments had were more storage. But other than that, the unit is nice with a good layout.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025As a corporation, very greedy. Mediocre craftsmanship, and paint so cheap it rubs off when you look at it the wrong way. They will find a way to charge you as much as possible. Midway through the lease, they changed the way certain utilities were billed and framed it for "our convenience". Started charging $225 for a flat rate in utilities which was NOT agreed to in the lease. Ended up paying almost $100/month more just for that. They use the cheapest paint imaginable and then they charge you ...$500+ on moveout for a repaint. They'll find a way to nickel and dime you as much as possible.Property Manager Responded

The Smart Bundle is outlined in the utility addendum of the lease agreement and is mentioned before, during, and after the move-in and application process. It’s designed for residents’ convenience, offering a flat monthly rate to help avoid the stress and unpredictability of fluctuating utility bills. Many residents find this approach easier for budgeting and managing monthly expenses. Regarding your concerns about the paint, it’s important to note that flat paint is the industry standard for new construction in Tennessee, particularly in multifamily housing. As for move-out charges, every resident is given the option to schedule a pre-move-out inspection, as stated in the lease. This allows residents to understand any potential charges in advance. Per the lease agreement, apartments must be returned in the same condition as they were received, excluding normal wear and tear. Thank you again for your feedback.

February 17, 2025My experience overall has been a positive one! The Leasing Office has been helpful and hands-on when they’ve addressed any questions I’ve had & the maintenance team is friendly and efficient. Plus, I’ve noticed how hard they work to keep the apartment complex tidy. Even more, the location is great — it’s minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, an outdoor shopping center, and major highways. I’m thankful for Enclave at Providence!Property Manager Responded
