February 27, 2026I am not very happy with the management when it comes to supporting residents. There is definitely room for improvement in how resident concerns are handled. According to the lease agreement, residents are supposed to receive a warning for the first trash violation. However, instead of issuing a warning, I was directly charged after the trash service provider submitted a bill. Management did not follow the lease terms or advocate on behalf of the resident as outlined in the ...agreement. Additionally, there has been significant inconsistency in trash services, which makes enforcement feel unfair. If services are not consistent, residents should not be penalized without proper review and communication. Overall, I believe management could do a better job of supporting residents, adhering to lease agreements, and ensuring fair and consistent practices.Property Manager Responded
March 26, 2026Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to enforce community policies consistently while following the terms outlined in the lease and valet trash service agreement. When a violation occurs, the valet trash vendor provides documentation and photos. To remain compliant with Fair Housing, policies and charges must be applied consistently to all residents. Residents acknowledge the community rules and lease agreement at signing, and our team reviews valet trash guidelines during move-in. These rules are also included in the move-in packet, and we regularly send reminders through email and text regarding service schedules and preparation guidelines. Valet trash service runs Sunday–Thursday, and trash must be placed inside the designated container between 6–8 PM, with no loose bags or items left on the hallway floor to help keep the community clean and safe. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve communication for our residents.

February 18, 2026The apartments are nice. My main issue is with all of the rules everyone is supposed to follow but a lot of them are not enforced. For example, there is a resident here who purposely drives his car very loud and very fast in the complex and no matter how many times he’s been reported, nothing ever gets done.Property Manager Responded
