May 2, 2023Mrs. Sikethia did an excellent job by providing great customer service and showing me around the property. The one thing that stood out to me the most about her was her honesty. She kept it ? in a very professional and respectful manner. I also like how the property manager keeps the community in the loop by offering monthly crime awareness classes. April 25, 2023The staff here is freaking awesome! I was facing some pretty steep challenges given today Economy and was not having the best of luck. However, Miss Zakeithia, Gabriel, Shalette helped my situation tremendously! The ladies went over and beyond to meet my family’s needs, we now have some peace of mind. Save your time!
November 12, 2022I’ll start by saying the actual complex is quiet, as for the surrounding area.. questionable. The landscaping is pretty good and well kept. Okay customer service and that’s where the good ends. As for the apartments themselves? If you like seeing roaches, apply here! You can tell they are old and very cheap “upgrades” were done. Cabinets are old as dirt and falling apart. The only thing they will do is paint over them. I’m positive upper management would NOT live like this. Absolutely NOTHING ...luxury about these apartments despite how the model home looks. Only good for a roof over your head. Paper thin walls as well, I heard my neighbors arguing almost every night. Way too overpriced for these issues, hate to leave a bad review but please save your time and money!!! Money hungry company that does not care about actual living conditions..I guarantee you you will find something better for the rent they charge in a better area. August 12, 2019I hated it here..the bugs was horrible and the units are poorly put together...they charge you upgrade fees but it’s not...lord don’t get on the staff bad side they become real petty and it’s not worth the prices to live here AT ALL...u complain about the bugs and they say it’s because there are a lot of trees outside...BULL not to mention the criminal activities that goes on I was here for 3 years and I saw police arrest at least 6 people swat style...don’t waste your timeReview from Apartments.com
