No complaints living here

Very recommended
February 18, 2025I’ve been living here about 7 months and honestly and very happy with it. Maintenance and leasing crew are very friendly and always get their work done on time. Clean property and friendly people around, no pest issues. I also really love the renovation, everything is so modern and sleek. I love this community
January 17, 2025I have been living at the Enclave for almost two years. We enjoy living in this community, there’s always resident events and food trucks to look forward to. I enjoy connecting with my our neighbors during these events. The maintenance guys, David, Pedro and Altemio are very helpful and responsive. I leased with Dana but Julissa was very helpful in the process. The entire team and staff at the enclave are amazing. This was a great choice for me & my family.Property Manager Responded

passive aggressive manager
September 9, 2022the manager Dana there, is very demeaning to the residents. Passive aggressive and says things out of her own anger to residents. If you're reading this, don't choose this place. they nickel and dime you. Change their policies to suit there needs for the my moment. always smells like dog poop, and the highways always busy. No place to feel home
October 9, 2019At first I loved it here but after only 3 months I feel neither home nor safe. Before I moved in, I was at no point told that I will have to face construction noises. Working 12 hr shifts nights, I have to sleep during days but this is at the moment almost impossible. Construction to redo the patios/balconies is in progress in my building and no end in sight. A neighbor told me, he was not able to use his patio for 8 months. I have to pay for my patio, but I am unable to use it. Also, my ...apartment was entered while I was sleeping to do a minor repair, even though I had my "Please do not disturb sign" on the door, which really does not make me feel safe at all. With all the construction and the noise, my apartment is for me almost uninhabitable. Several times I had to go to a friend just to get some hrs of sleep. In addition to this, the construction crews are using up to 40 parking spaces, which makes it very difficult to find a parking space especially evenings. At this point, I really can't recommend this apartment community at all.Property Manager Responded

Amazing place and service
March 26, 2019My girlfriend and myself were looking at a few different areas around Tampa and we found Riverview and we absolutely love the area and the apartment complex itself. So much around the complex in terms of food and activities. The staff were extremely nice (especially Erika) and made the whole process seemingly easy for us to move in.
