May 13, 2025I just wish the property was better taken care of. seems they don’t care who they rent to as long as there aren’t any vacancies.When I first moved in almost 18 years ago this property was so beautiful and well kept.The maintenance crew those who have been here for years Juan,George are great guys.Tracy in the rental office is sweet and very accommodating.There has been a huge turnover as far as the workers.Review from Apartments.com

May 6, 2025We are new here. The thing that caught my attention when I was considering moving here was the relaxed aura. Of course I could only hope that would stay when we moved in and it sure has. We are near the lake and the peace and quiet is wonderful as I walk my dog around the perimeter path. Our apartment is very peaceful as well. We don’t hear anything from the people above us walking around. My only complaint would be the windows are thin so we do hear what is going on outside if someone walks by ...or when the kids are playing but it also lets the bird song come in.
