September 6, 2025After living at the estates for the past 18 years there has been many changes.Unfortunately many changes weren’t for the best.Living in a community where you’re surrounded by all different types of people at times it’s not the best. I myself take great pride in my home and its surroundings.Not everyone cares about the beauty which leads to many problems.It’s not asking a lot to ask your residents to please follow the rules so we can keep the beauty that should surround us. Maybe it was never ...meant to be for me to live around so many people. I don’t feel it’s asking a lot to keep the community clean.This is what should come naturally. You’re probably asking yourself why don’t i move. I’m not well and I have accumulated so many things.My family lives like 5 minutes from me. I have always owned my own home and it’s quite different when you own than when you rent.At the age of 73 one must learn sacrifices.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2025I’ve had a great experience living in this community. The management is responsive and professional, always addressing issues promptly. The property is well-maintained, and I feel safe walking around even at night. Amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are always clean and accessible. My neighbors are friendly, and parking has never been an issue. May 13, 2025I just wish the property was better taken care of. seems they don’t care who they rent to as long as there aren’t any vacancies.When I first moved in almost 18 years ago this property was so beautiful and well kept.The maintenance crew those who have been here for years Juan,George are great guys.Tracy in the rental office is sweet and very accommodating.There has been a huge turnover as far as the workers.Review from Apartments.com
