I'd love to write a review. However, I can't. I was to move in around July 15th. Then they said July 22, then 31st. Then Aug 7. Now, it's Aug 14th. They have put a near unbearable financial strain upon me. The apartment looks great. Im happy with that. I'm terribly disappointed they have postponed me now 5 times. They say the delays are because of electrical hookup for elevators. However, I contacted MTEMC, electric co, they said they weren't even notified till 30 days before July 15th. Industry ...
Standards dictate 90-60 days before anticipated opening. I'm very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We completely understand how frustrating it is to have your anticipated move-in date change, particularly when you have been planning around those dates.
The delays have been related to the final steps required before the community can officially open, including obtaining the City’s final approval and Certificate of Occupancy and completing the elevator installation. The elevator is currently awaiting a required component that has been ordered and is being delivered. Unfortunately, these final requirements are not items our on-site team can independently authorize or expedite, and we cannot begin move-ins until all required approvals and safety requirements are satisfied.
