October 13, 2025My unit was not cleaned or repaired from the previous tenants. Floor peeling up in kitchen, multiple massive holes in the walls, not repainted. Hair and other remnants left in both bathrooms, shower shelves were disgusting. Door was not even locked when we moved in. Floor unit with broken window sucking all of the air out. We moved in 9/21- office was made aware that day, unfortunately after many emails, calls and the maintenance teams not showing up, none of these issues were properly resolved ...until 10/6. Currently still waiting for the apartment to approve the window companies estimate to this day. I would also like to note I asked for a $406 concession AFTER 10 days of these issues not being addressed. Vanessa never reached out to ask what was going on, or to hear me out- just immediately called me and said my only options were to accept a one time credit of $250 or I could “give her my 30 day notice now”. What a shame this nice, new property is being ran into the ground due to a horrible manager. I was also told by maintenance that the entire team (besides him and a young trainee) quit 2 days before I moved in, while I understand complications occur- we toured this unit back at the end of July- AFTER the old tenants moved out and it was received in the same exact condition. Maybe talk with your employees to see what exactly the issue is.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2025I have been a resident of The Evergrove at Crystal Village since October 2024 and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect, with easy access to the best shopping, restaurants, employers, and entertainment. But without all the headache of Austin traffic. It's also perfectly positioned within the Leander ISD's attendance zones. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always quick to address any concerns. ...Being among the first occupants to call Evergrove home, I was pleasantly surprised by how little the ongoing construction disrupted the community's ambiance, as well as my remote working environment. I never once heard any noise even though they were hard-at-work from dawn till dusk. The amenities, like the resort-style pool, gym, dog park, and modern coworking spaces, are fantastic. My son raves about the pool table and shuffleboard, some of the many clubhouse perks. It truly feels like a sanctuary here, with resident events and a welcoming, good-vibes-only atmosphere. July 17, 2025My move to The Evergrove apartments have been amazing Arissa took her time to tour apartments with me she helped me through every part of the way including the application and signing the lease and setting up my payments she was truly amazing. Chris helped me on my day of move in and any issues i had that day the staff here is really amazing John in maintenance has truly been the best! Any issues I’ve had since I moved in He has been on top of it. I love living here apartments and amenities are ...so nice just watch getting an apartment off toll road could be a little bit noisy, but that’s a me problem not them.
