We love our new apartment! The layout is so cute, and we are enjoying the community amenities—the pool area is awesome! While we had some appliance issues within the first month or so of moving in, the maintenance staff didn’t miss a beat and took care of everything more quickly than I’ve ever experienced in previous complexes or rental situations. We love Johnny and Shakiem on the maintenance staff, and Salome and Sean in the office are always so helpful and friendly!

Salome was an amazing help throughout my move-in experience. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and gave a thorough tour of the community while answering all of my questions. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and already feels like a comfortable place to call home. My only concern is that the entrance gate doesn’t work and needs maintenance. Aside from that, I’ve had a great experience so far and am excited to be living here!

Not worth the cost

I wanted to like living here because the leasing staff, especially Sean, were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price we paid. The amenities were one of the biggest disappointments. The pool seemed to be randomly closed far too often during the year, and the front entrance gate was almost always left open, which defeated the purpose of having a gated community. The property itself also wasn’t maintained very well. The trash ...

compactor was constantly overflowing, creating a mess, and the breezeways were filthy with dirt, grime, and pollen for most of the year. During the entire time we lived here, they were only pressure washed once. The overall landscaping and upkeep of the property could have been much better. Moving out was the most frustrating part. We were hit with numerous fees that felt excessive, along with charges that we did not feel were justified. Combined with the other hidden costs throughout our lease, it left a very negative impression. While I appreciate the kindness of the office staff, especially Sean, the poor maintenance, unreliable amenities, and disappointing move-out experience mean I would not recommend this community to others.

Overall this is a great place to live. The office staff are very attentive and kind. There aren’t too many apartments where you call the front office and they pick up immediately or call you right back. Maintenance has always been friendly and quick with repairs. The community is well maintained and cleaned. I’ve lived here 3 years and don’t want to move but have to for work. My boyfriend and I started looking for a place in December and immediately toured The Everlee. Salome helped us the whole time and has been great at communicating. Special shout out to Sean as well because even through some difficult occurrences he has been nothing but patient and kind! The apartment itself was so clean when we moved in and the amenities are so amazing. This place is full of great energy and I love it here! Salome and Sean truly are rockstars!!!
